Air Force Academy Chapel

It was really nice that my Aunt Jenni and Uncle Rick and their boys came to visit for a weekend.  While they were here we decided to go visit the Cadet Chapel at the Air Force Academy.  It is a very beautiful and unique building that was worth the visit.  The modern architecture is very unique and memorable and the building is very striking.  My favorite part was seeing all of the stained glass throughout the building that gave it tons of character.  I also liked the fact that they had different worship chapels for different religions housed within the one building.  It was neat getting to see the chapel and walk around some of the grounds at the Air Force Academy.

The outside of the building is very interesting in it's appearance.

I loved all the stained glass in the building!
Anders didn't want to look at me.  He wanted to look around at everything else.
 This was the chapel downstairs.
 The boys behaved fairly well.
Eliza liked getting down and looking at things up close.  She was fascinated by the purple windows.
Looking back a the chapel.  The design of the building really is fascinating.
Family time is always so nice and memorable!
