Alden was so excited to be back on a boat.
I love this because I wanted to take a picture of my boys but Alden did not want to take his eyes off Daddy.
Alden wanted to take a picture of Mommy after I took his picture.
Alden wanted to go out and walk around the deck as soon as we started moving.
We had to travel almost an hour to get to the whales so we decided we would eat our lunch before we got to the whales.
Alden loved stealing Daddy's sandwich and eating the edges.
When we got close to the animals we decided to go enjoy being out on the deck.
We passed this rocky area where there were tons of seals just lounging around.
I like these pictures of the golden eagle that we saw. (At least that is what I think it was)
Alden loved watching all the birds fly across the water and would tell us about them.
Such a beautiful day on the water!
This was most of what we saw of the whales, just fins, but it was still really cool.
Alden was so entertained and interested by the whales.
Alden and Daddy enjoying watching the whales together.
This pair of whales was really fun to watch as they swam along the coast line.
On the way to the other whales Drew decided to nap and Alden found a pair of binoculars to entertain himself.
We passed some beautiful places on the way to the other whales.
This was the next group of whales that we got to see.
We had a great time and loved the sunny weather and seeing the whales!
Alden was getting tired on the way back so Daddy put a video on for him.
We got Mexican food for dinner before we drove home. Alden just wanted his glass of water. =)
It was a lot of fun and we had a great day out as a family. I am so grateful for the all the opportunities we had this summer for family outings.
