Anders is 5 1/2 Months

I can't believe how big Anders is getting and how fast he is growing!  He is now five and a half months old and he can roll from his tummy to his back, he is working on sitting up, working on scooting forward, and he is so much more expressive all the time.  He is a very happy baby by nature and I love how much he smiles and coos for us.   I also love his little laugh and how he loves smiling at almost anyone who looks at him.  I also love seeing how much him and his brother love each other.  It is so fun to watch them play together and make each other laugh and smile.  Here are some pictures and videos of Anders from the past couple weeks.

This little boy loves putting all fabrics in his mouth.  He loves burp cloths, blankets, clothes and pretty much anything else he can reach.
This is what Anders likes to do a lot of the time.  He will just lay on the ground and be very calm and entertained by a burp cloth.
He is so happy all the time and such a squirmer.
Anders is also very entertained by peek-a-boo as you can see in this video.
I absolutely love his blue eyes!  I really hope that he gets to keep them but Alden had blue eyes at first too and now his are brown or green.
Okay, so this is what happens a lot of the time when I try to take videos.
This is Anders rolling over from his tummy to his back.  He could only go one way for the longest time.  He is just starting to roll to his left now.
When Anders does stay on his tummy these days this is pretty much how it goes and what he does.

Anders loves getting to sit up in his Bumbo, especially when his brother is entertaining him like he was during these photos.

Alden loves making his brother smile and laugh, we just have to remind him to be gentle sometimes.

Anders really loves putting his fingers in his mouth.

We got the fingers out of his mouth by having him hold Alden's hand.  I love my boys together!

Alden wanted to take a picture too so he told me to hold Anders.
Anders is doing really well with tummy time and holding his head up.
However, he has figured out how to roll off his tummy so that means his tummy time often does not last very long these days.
Here is a video of some of Anders tummy time and some of his first attempts at scooting forwards.
Anders is almost always ready to smile for anyone who pays attention to him.
Alden loves laying down right next to his brother.  There are many times where I lay Anders down on the floor to play and Alden immediately wants to lay down, or at least sit next to him.
He really is a good big brother most of the time.
Anders is getting a lot better at holding on to his toys and is much more entertained by them now.

He is also working on sitting up and he is getting so much better already.  He still sometimes needs some help balancing but he does pretty well.

Here is a video of Anders trying to sit up.  You can see that I am helping him balance a little but he really seems to like this.
