Sequim Hotel

On the first night of our trip we stayed in a little town called Sequim on the coast.  It was a very nice little stop and we enjoyed our time there.  We went out to dinner at the Black Bear Diner there and, although the food was good, the service left something to be desired.  However, we survived the dinner out with no melt downs (that is always an accomplishment with two kids under 4 in my book) and Alden was happy because he got pancakes.

The hotel we stayed in there, Olympic View Inn, was very nice and the room was more than adequate for us.  There was a separate bedroom that Alden got to sleep in with Anders and then a very large front room with another bed, small kitchen area and table.  We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.  It was a nice stop before heading on to Olympic National Park.

Alden enjoying looking at the little bears while waiting to be seated at dinner.
Anders little corner of the bedroom.  He had to check out his bed as soon as wet set it up.
This was the very large front room.
Alden liked having this giant bed to himself for the night.  He looked so tiny in the bed but it was cute.  Anders wanted to join him but he did end up in his crib.  It was a nice stop and conveniently located for our drive.
