Mt Rainier Steam Train

The weekend before Drew left we took Alden on a steam train ride near Mount Rainier.  Alden loves train so we thought it would be fun to take Alden on one, and we were right.  Alden loved the experience and thought that the train was a lot of fun.  He loved watching everything out the window and looking at all the trains that we got to see!  It was a really fun family outing and we had a great time just spending time together.

It was a beautiful, clear day so the views were beautiful and it was very pleasant outside.

I loved watching this river as we rode past it.

We stopped at a railroad museum and we had fun walking around and seeing all the old train engines and cars that they had there.

Alden liked getting to pull the string and here the bell on this engine.

When we got back on the train we had a little extra time before we headed back so we walked through the train and explored all the cars.

When we got back in our seats Alden and Daddy had fun playing and goofing off together.  Here is a cute video of it.

We had the same views on the way back but it was just as beautiful!

Alden had so much fun looking at the window at everything and telling us about what he saw.

We had an amazing time on this little outing and it was fun to see Alden so excited about the train!  It was a fun way to spend one of our last days together for awhile and I am glad that we got to go.
