A couple weeks before Drew left we got to go to a Sounders soccer game. We decided to take Alden with us and just hope that he enjoyed watching the game enough that he would stay happy even though it was late for him. For the most part it did work out that way, Drew just had to take Alden on a walk around part of the stadium at one point because he was sick of sitting but otherwise he really enjoyed watching the game. It was a really fun outing and it was also fun because they were playing the San Jose Earthquakes which is our home team and without even realizing it, Drew and Alden wore their colors instead of the Sounders. They were the two red shirts in the huge sea of blue and green. Here are a couple pictures that we took that night.

Alden was really happy when he got to sit in his own chair for a few minutes. He had a lot of fun watching the game and pointing out where the ball was on the field. It was a fun and memorable night.
