Oklahoma Fun

Alden had a blast in Oklahoma playing with Amber and watching over their little baby, Paige.  It was so fun being there and watching the kids play together and just having time to catch up with friends!  The kids had fun playing around the house and Amber and Alden loved it when we let them go outside to play.  Here are some pictures I took during the time that we were there of the kids playing.

Alden absolutely loved their play kitchen and played with it pretty much every day.

I thought this was funny when Amber and Alden decided to sit under the table together.  They would sit under there and talk to each other and laugh.  It was like it was their own personal fort.

The kids had fun exploring outside.

I think it is funny that every time Alden sees snow he treats it like it is something new all over again.  Amber had no problem walking right into it, unlike him.

One of the kids found a newspaper in a bag and they were sharing it with each other.   I don't why they found it so interesting.

Alden eventually discovered a pile of leaves outside and sat down next to them and was perfectly happy to play with them for awhile.

Alden was always trying to share the toys with Paige.  It was cute to watch him try to entertain her.

Paige is so cute!  I loved cuddling with her while I was there.

Erin had the great idea to make heart shaped sugar cookies and have the kids decorate them.  Alden and Amber helped us measure and mix the ingredients and then they got to decorate lots of cookies.
