After visiting the Butchart Gardens we stopped at the Butterfly Zoo before heading back into the city of Victoria. We enjoyed the stop and Alden liked all the butterflies, birds and turtles that were there. The Butterfly Zoo was smaller than I remembered it and did not take a lot of time but it was fun and very pretty. I had fun trying to take photos of the butterflies but unfortunately I didn't get many good ones. I love taking Alden new places and seeing his reaction and I loved seeing him and Daddy together looking for butterflies.
Alden loved watching these Flamingos and seeing the turtles lined up on the log.
Alden was very happy to ride around on Daddy's shoulders and look at everything.
I love butterflies! They are so pretty.
Alden got the guide and was trying to identify all the different birds and butterflies. It was really cute to watch.
Drew thought it was funny how it looked like this tortoise was guarding his little corner from the other tortoises.
