Mini Golf and Arcade

We had a lot of fun going to play mini golf and arcade games on Labor Day.  It was a lot of fun and it was fun to see Alden get a couple Hole-in-ones all on his own!  Alden has got better at mini golf and it is nice to see that he actually swings the club in a semi-accurate motion now rather than sweeping like it was a broom.  He actually did well enough for us to tabulate his score this time.  He only got four sixes (which was what we maxed out at) out of the 18 holes, which I was pretty impressed by.

After playing mini golf we went inside to hit up some of the arcade games.  Alden was so excited to play the games with Daddy and it was fun to watch them together.  We had a really fun day together and it was just fun to be able to relax with the family and spend time together.

Drew did give Alden a couple of little lessons which were cute to watch.  Mostly Drew was helping him figure out where to put his feet.

These were our scores.  As you can see, Drew won, I was in the middle and Alden was 3rd but I think Alden did pretty well for being three years old.

Alden also really enjoyed fishing with Daddy in this game and seeing what he could catch.  We had a lot of fun together and truly enjoyed Drew's day off work!
