Decorating the Christmas Tree

We got to decorate our Christmas tree the Saturday after Thanksgiving this year and it was so much fun!  I seriously love the Christmas season and decorating the Christmas tree is one of my favorite things of the whole year.  I love seeing my kids get excited and I just love putting my tree up because it makes it feel like Christmas time is really coming.  I also love putting up ornaments that we have collected over the years and remembering where we got all of them!

The boys had so much fun decorating and Eliza had a ton of fun watching everything!  This really is one of my favorite things to do as a family.

Alden had fun putting up whatever ornaments he could while handing fragile ones to Daddy.

When you have children decorate you end up with a very unbalanced tree...but I love it!

Eliza loved rolling to lay under the tree and bat at ornaments.  It was fun to see her enjoy the tree in her own way.
