The North Pole...Again

So, Alden ended up winning free tickets to the North Pole for his school fundraiser so we decided we would brave the crowds and go one more time before Christmas.  We ended up having a lot of fun and the kids were so excited to go again.  It was definitely way more crowded than the last time we went in November but because Alden won all of our tickets (he got 4) we didn't feel bad that we only stayed for 3-4 hours.

We also figured out that it is best to get there right when it opens and go straight to the back of the park and then work your way back to the front because the back of the park doesn't get crowded until later.  We had a fun day and enjoyed spending time together!

We went and rode the train first because we knew that would have a long line later.  And yes, we enjoyed goofing off.
Anders' smiles always make me laugh and smile!
Alden didn't have a lot of patience for lines which made today a harder day to be at the park but he was always very happy to get on the rides.  Anders' was so excited to ride any ride he could.
Alden is very happy riding on his own.
Eliza and Daddy enjoyed watching the boys go on all the rides.
This is one of Anders' favorites!
Then it was over to the cars.
Eliza and Mommy enjoying the sunshine!
Daddy chilling while Anders drives him around.
Alden was very happy to drive the car.
The rocket ride wasn't open the last time we were there so the boys were super excited to ride it this time!
Alden, of course, had to ride the green one.
Anders wanted to do one last ride before we left, so he got on the motorcycles.  Overall we had a fun day and it was nice that we had just been a few weeks earlier so we didn't feel rushed or like we were going to miss out on anything.
