Baseball game

We went to a Dousan Bears baseball game on Friday night and I have to admit that it was the most interesting baseball game that I have ever been to.  I usually find baseball games a little bit boring but this one was highly entertaining, mostly because of the fans.  We sat on the same side as the home team and it was pretty impressive to hear their chants and cheering even when their team was losing (7-1). Also, I found it very interesting that in Korea baseball teams have cheerleaders.  Here is a video of the cheerleaders.

Alden enjoyed watching everything and even interacting with some of the people around us.  Most fans had these big blow-up sticks (you will see in the pictures and videos later) and they clap them together to make noise.  Alden thought that was cool and would sometimes clap along on his own.  The girl sitting next to us even let Alden play with her sticks for awhile.  So, we all ended up having a really good time and enjoyed the new experience (even though Drew had been to a game before).

Alden enjoyed clapping mommy's hands. Here is a video of it.

The couple in front of us was nice enough to take a family photo of us.
Alden enjoyed eating throughout the entire game. Here is a video of him eating snacks.

These were the sticks that everyone had.  The girl next to us let Alden play with hers for awhile.

Alden went and met the cheerleaders...he wasn't their biggest fan.

 Dousan Bears!

Here are the rest of the videos from the game!

We left half-way through the sixth inning because Alden was getting tired as you can see in this video.  We all had a blast at the game and we hope you enjoyed seeing our pictures and videos of the experience.
