Drew's favorite part of the pool area was the lazy river. We would all climb into inner tubes and then float around the river together, which was a lot of fun. Anders loved chilling in the lazy river and even looked like he was close to falling asleep there a couple of times. Alden loved floating around the river but he was also happy to swim and bounce around in the bigger pool too. It was fun to watch Alden love playing in the water so much because it means he is getting more comfortable in pools. We had a great morning at the pool area and loved the relaxing time together as a family. This is definitely one of the best places we have ever visited for our family.
Anders started to explore the pool and liked that he could stand up there.
The boys all really enjoyed playing with the little fountains.
Anders had to have a little help from Dad so that he didn't fall over.
Anders was perfectly happy walking into the pool on his own. In some ways I find that scary because we have to keep a really close eye on him since he has no fear of water.
The boys liked seeing the turtle on the ground.
They also had a Shuffleboard game that Alden wanted to try.
Alden had fun trying to figure out how to play with Daddy.
Anders just wanted to pick up the discs and carry them around.
Alden managed to push a couple discs on his own and was very happy about that.
Daddy and Anders had fun floating around the lazy river again. This is when Anders looked like he was about to fall asleep.
Alden had fun swimming around in this bigger pool with his floaty. He is getting so much more comfortable in the pool and doesn't even cry now when he gets water on his face (that is a huge accomplishment for him). We also loved how empty the pool area was because it meant that we could swim around and play whatever we wanted without feeling crowded. We had an awesome morning at the pool and we were so happy that we all found things to enjoy there!
