Alden's Soccer Camp

Alden got to participate in a soccer camp this week and he had so much fun!  Alden has loved getting ready every morning and then getting to go run around and kick a soccer ball with other kids.  It has been fun seeing that he has improved a lot since he started last year.  His ball control has definitely improved but he now needs to work on knowing that he doesn't always get the ball and he needs to share with other people on his team.

Anders and I had fun watching Alden practice and Anders loved running around with a soccer ball too!  It was already really hot out when we went to practice in the mornings but we still had fun.  Alden is so glad that he got to play soccer this week!  Here are a few pictures from practice, although they are not very good (sorry).

 Alden got much better with ball control and he is using his hands a lot less now!

 There were only three kids there on the last day but Alden had a lot of fun!  (Alden is in a blue shirt and red shorts now)

 They practiced dribbling a lot, which was really good for Alden.

 Anders had fun sitting and watching his brother play. 

They tried to play more of a game at the end and Alden scored two goals, which he was really excited about!  The coach had to keep reminding Alden to share the ball, but he did get better as time went on!  This was a great activity for Alden this week and I am so glad that Alden got to participate in this.
