Another Soccer Game

Alden is absolutely loving soccer this season!  He is not a great player yet but he really enjoys it, so that is what is important.  I think he also really enjoys the fact that he gets to practice and play with Daddy!  It is fun watching Alden play with his team and seeing him chase the ball around.  I also love watching Drew try to herd 13 3-5 year olds around the field.  They certainly wear him out at practice and they keep him on his toes during the games.

Here are some pictures and a couple videos from Alden's last game.  I am sorry that the videos are not more stable, but in my defense, I did have a baby pulling on my arm when I was trying to take them. ;)

Alden was so excited that he got to kick off.  Here is a little video of another time that he got to kick off.

The taller kids on the team definitely have an advantage because they can get to the ball first and run faster than most of the other kids.

I really think it is funny watching them all just chase the ball around the field and occasionally someone will kick it in the goal.

This is a video of what most of the game looks like.  We are really enjoying this season and I am always glad to find a fun way to let Alden burn off some energy.
