After visiting the museum we went to a park nearby so that the kids could run around and play. The boys were all a little antsy so it was nice to let them burn off some of their energy at the park. It was really cute to see Stryker, Alden's cousin who is 1, follow Alden around the park. It looked like they had a fun time together and it was fun to see them interacting.
I love seeing the Salt Lake Temple every time we visit Utah. It is a gorgeous building with so much important history.
Drew pushing the boys through Temple Square.
One of the first displays in the museum that is very neat. It is nice to see such a great depiction of where and how the church started in this dispensation.
Alden and his cousin Brian had fun looking at some of the displays together.
All four of the older cousins (the ones who were not strapped into strollers) had fun playing with these blocks.
Alden liked how many displays there were to look at and interact with in the museum.
Resting for a minute and enjoy my baby's smiles.
Alden had fun pretending to cook at this display. He really enjoys play kitchens of any kind!
This was a touch screen display that Drew and Alden had fun looking at and learning from.
The displays were very neat and I appreciated the extensive art work throughout the museum.
Alden wanted to try and lift one of the giant bricks, like what was used to build the temple. He could get it up a little bit.
They had an entire area set aside for kids where they could build things, like a temple, out of blocks or do other hands on activities.
I enjoyed seeing all the displays on the different Presidents of the Church.
Anders enjoying lounging in the stroller at the park.
Alden enjoying the slide at the park.
Alden enjoyed running around and playing at the park with his cousins.
It was really cute to watch Stryker follow Alden around the park.
They were a really cute little pair.
We had a lot of fun spending time with family and seeing some new things. This was a very nice morning outing for us that had something interesting for all of us.
