My brother and sister were also able to come meet us at the corn maze and go through it with us which was a lot of fun. It was really nice that we were able to spend time with so much of our family while we were in Utah.
Mimi and Papa with 6 of their 8 grandsons and all the Wilkinsons that we got to see on this trip.
Alden and three of his cousins ready to go explore and have fun.
The corn kernel pit that all the kids thought was a lot of fun.
Usually Alden is not too fond of things like this but he got in and enjoyed walking and crawling around in it for awhile.
Although he was still cleaning off his socks quite frequently.
They had a course made where you could bounce through it on a big ball and it was very funny and entertaining to watch. Drew didn't want to do the whole maze...so he ran half.
Alden had a little trouble staying on the ball at first.
But, Daddy helped him so he was eventually able to get through the maze.
Alden was really excited to try the bean bag toss and then have Daddy try another one from really far away.
They had duck races here too, which Alden was really excited about.
This was where you could shoot corn out of a cannon like thing while you aimed at targets. Alden really wanted to do it but once he did he wasn't really sure he liked how loud it was.
So Uncle Erik got to hold him while everyone finished using the corn cannon.
Then it was on to corn maze #1 that was supposedly the easiest and targeted at little kids.
Drew and I made it through that maze very quickly and I don't think that we took any wrong turns. We were the first ones out of that maze! (Not much of an accomplishment since it was easiest and none of the younger kids were with us)
Alden got to go through that maze with his Aunt Kayla.
The last maze we did was supposedly the hardest and at that point we just had one group going through together and we didn't have any kids walking. Alden got to ride on Drew's shoulders and besides us it was just Drew's two sisters and my brother and sister. It definitely took longer to get through that maze (because it was longer) but it was a lot fun and I really enjoyed seeing the moon out. I thought this maze was the best and most interesting to go through!
It was a really fun evening with a lot of family and I am glad we got to do something that everyone could enjoy! I always enjoy visiting a corn maze in October and it was even more fun because we got to do it with so much family!
