The Garage Floor and Yard Work

While the weather was still good, towards the end of the summer, we decided to paint and seal our garage floor.  Drew also wanted to get some yard work done before the fall and winter set in.  I had fun trying to help Drew, but mostly just sitting outside keeping an eye on the kids.  I am so glad that we got the garage floor done because it has been on our list of things to do since we moved into the house.  It looks so much nicer now!  Here are some pictures of the work we (mostly Drew) did and the boys enjoying time in the sun outside.

It was actually a fairly warm day, so Alden was happy to have a seat in the shade.

We have trimmed this tree a ton every year we have been here and it just grows back bigger and bushier than ever, every time.

Drew had to saw a lot of the pieces smaller to make them all fit in our bin.  He got a really good workout this day.

Anders had fun enjoying the time outside and liked it when his brother would come over and say hi.

We finally got the floor all painted and it looks really nice...now we just need to put everything back so the room is actually functional and usable.

Maybe we will actually make it so we can park a car in the garage.
