I thought it was a neat find in Vancouver. It was a beautiful park with great hikes and walks and even a fun nature center for Alden to play around in. We also had beautiful weather that made the walk very pleasant. The same could not be said for our walk later that day in Whistler. It was a nice and very pretty start to our day.
Eating our breakfast on a very solid wood picnic table.

You can see Alden clinging to me as we started crossing the suspension bridge.
There was a very pretty view looking down.
Alden and me and my mom and dad crossing the bridge. It was good we were there early in the day because on our way back the bridge was much more crowded.
Alden on our little "hike." Not all of it was boardwalk but a fair amount of it was.
This was the point at which we stopped to let Alden throw rocks in the river.
Alden had Grandpa keeping him stocked with a pile of rocks to throw the whole time.
It was a very pretty area!
Alden was very proud of his rocks and just wanted to keep throwing them over and over again. Here is a video of Alden throwing rocks in the river.
I was really glad that we did the hike because the river was beautiful and the suspension bridge was fun.
Drew had stayed behind with Anders and they just had fun playing and laughing together. I came back to two happy boys.
In the nature center they had these etching things to do. (I forget what they are actually called)
Grandpa helped Alden make a fish.
According to this, Alden is almost as tall as a wolf.
Alden wanted to do the computer quiz so Daddy helped him. Anders was still perfectly content and enjoying wiggling in the stroller. It was a great stop before getting in our car for our drive.
